If you have specific fitness accessories like resistance bands, jump rope, or a yoga mat, bring them, although the gym is well-equipped for most exercises. Sunscreen and a hat for outdoor workouts. Do not overpack. Malaysia and Singapore have excellent retail options for most things you might forget. Power adapters, toiletries, basic clothing, and phone accessories are all available at convenience stores and malls in JB. Singapore has Apple stores and electronics retailers for any tech needs.
