Housing and Living Essentials
Your membership includes a furnished room in a Forest City apartment, either shared (NS Basic) or private (NS Pro).
Your membership includes a furnished room in a Forest City apartment, either shared (NS Basic) or private (NS Pro). The apartments have air conditioning, hot water, and basic furnishings. Laundry service is included, so you do not need to worry about finding a laundromat or buying detergent. A local Malaysian SIM card with data is provided upon arrival, giving you connectivity for calls and internet when you are away from the campus WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. You do not need to bring much beyond personal clothing and any electronics you use for work.
Food and Nutrition
Three meals per day are included in your membership. These meals follow the Bryan Johnson Blueprint nutrition protocol, which emphasizes whole foods, controlled portions, and nutrient density. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the NS Cafe at designated times. The meals are designed for health optimization rather than indulgence. They are generally plant-forward with protein options available. If you have specific dietary needs, the kitchen can accommodate some requests. Coffee and basic beverages are available at the NS Cafe throughout the day.
Facilities and Programming
Membership gives you full access to the gym, sauna, and cold plunge facilities. All HIIT workout sessions, including the Morning Burn, are included. The NS Cafe functions as a coworking space with WiFi, seating, and ocean views. All courses in the Learn track, both Power Users and Programmers, are included. Community events, speaker sessions, hackathons, and social programming are part of the membership. There are no add-on fees for any standard NS programming.
What Is Not Included
Transportation is not included. Getting from the airport to Forest City, Grab rides to JB or Singapore, and any travel you do during your stay are your responsibility. Meals outside of the NS Cafe are not covered. Personal expenses like shopping, entertainment, and day trips are on you. Health insurance is not provided, and you should arrange travel insurance independently. Visa costs, if applicable, are your responsibility, though most nationalities enter Malaysia visa-free for 90 days. You can apply at ns.com to learn more about what to expect.
